Hahahahahahahaha!!!

My 16th birthday was pretty awesome- great friends, great food, and great presents :). I wasn't particularly photogenic today, but whatever :P. I had a good time.

You're probably wondering about the title for this journal entry.

So a friend of mine got me a Transformers poster, thinking that it was the one with Optimus Prime and Megatron... Only to realize she got the wrong image when I unrolled it at the party :rofl:! I thought it was strange reading on the sticker where it said 'Transformers' and 'Leather'. Haha, M.Fox was wearing a leather jacket. LOL! I officially have a boy's room.

Heya Tina! Long time no talk! I've got a question!! How do I put a picture I drewonto GIMP and color it without ruining the lines drawn? I can't get the the layer thing to work either...You have screenshots? Maybe pull up your own and hit PrintScreen so I can see what I'm missing.

LOL my laptop's incapable of taking screenshots :P. What you do is create a layer UNDERNEATH your lines. Just drag it below the layer with the lines.

Alright...so put a layer underneath a handsketched picture? on mulitple? Hmmm..and I still can't find the layer tab :ohnoes: I create a layer and then is GOES AWAY.

Ah, I see. It won't work then- you'll have to make a layer ON TOP of your picture and re-outline everything, THEN make a layer underneath that layer to paint it/whatever. I just draw on my program.

Oh darn..outlining...hmmm...I'm actually not too bad with that. And the layers...I outline THEN put layers on?
